STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Learning at STEM is more focused on certain subjects and not others. Something that we use here are the 5 Qualities. They are, Creativity, Collaboration, Persistence, Inquiry, and Communication. We use these to work better as a team. These help us respect each other. These have made me a better person than at my old school because I did not really care at my old school. These qualities can be represented as posters, and or quotes. I feel that the most important quality is persistence. This is because of what we do at STEM. We do a lot of projects and a lot of them require multiple drafts.
